The HARROGATE CYCLE GROUP exists to promote better cycle facilities in the Harrogate and Knaresborough areas.

Please note that our previous regular monthly meetings have been discontinued. The group now meets when necessary to discuss current business. Members will be issued with occasional progress reports and encouraged to challenge proposals and provide their own input. Short rides will be arranged on an ad hoc basis to review Network progress, to resolve problems on site and for special promotions to attract new members.

The revised version of the Harrogate & Knaresborough CYCLE MAP for 2007/8 is now available, showing all the latest local cycle routes. You'll find copies in bike shops, outdoor shops etc.

The local branch of the CTC no longer organises cycle rides, but Wheel Easy! (based in Harrogate) and Ripon loiterers are active groups with a variety of rides. Check the websites for full details.
